What types of certificates/reports come with each diamond?
Every diamond will be accompanied by either a GIA or HRD diamond report. This report may be a full report or a dossier depending on which comes with the diamond that you have ordered. You can view the type of report by clicking on the "View Certificate" link for that diamond. We can also have diamonds graded locally through GSL or DCLA upon request at an extra cost.
How do I know the diamond that I have ordered will be the diamond that I receive?We inspect every diamond to ensure it matches the certificate and your order before we despatch it to you.
What type of packaging does my diamond come with?Diamonds come with protective packaging to ensure that the diamond arrives to you without incurring any damage. Jewellery products all come in jewellery boxes.
Do you accept foreign currencies?
No, we only accept Australian Dollars. However, we use PAYPAL checkout. This converts the currency to Australian dollars and uses the rate applicable to the day of the transaction.
If I buy a diamond, can you make a ring to suit it?Yes, we can custom design and make rings and jewellery to suit your needs. We require payment before work commences and this usually requires 4 weeks to be completed after approval. Our website also has product pages including cast engagement rings, wedding rings, pendants and earrings.
When should I expect to receive my diamond after ordering it?Usually orders require 10-14 business days from the time that you place the order until the time in which you receive the goods.
Do you guarantee every diamond listed on this website to be available?As we source our diamonds from many different suppliers around the world, we can only guarantee availability if you contact us before you place the order. Our suppliers will then check the availability and hold the diamond for 24 hours. If we confirm the availability and you place your order within the 24 hours, we will guarantee that the diamond will be available for your purchase.
Do you have a retail shop where I can view the diamond?
No, we do not have a retail shop.
